  • This course includes an additional section that is specific to the study of the South Carolina Regulation 61-51 and your facility's swimming pool. You will learn to recognize important aspects of this code and how it applies to the facility swimming pool.

Certification

This program is an approved SCDHEC swimming pool operator course. Participants WILL receive the STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA POR LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION. The certification/license is recognized for 5 years. There is NO annual renewal fee. To renew this license after 5 years, the operator must attend the one-day program but does NOT have to take exams over again.

The Swimming Pool Operator Program will begin at 8:30 a.m. The program will conclude by 6 p.m. with the State of South Carolina exam given on the afternoon of the day of class. THE EXAM IS OPEN BOOK AND YOU MAY USE ALL COURSE BOOKS AND MATERIALS.
